Terms and Conditions

Hey, it happens sometimes, and it's okay! Listen, my goal is to bring my dog treats to the world, AND to make my customers happy at the same time, so I'm grateful that you took a risk on a brand new business and bought them to try. 

That being said, if you and your Lil' Beasties aren't completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery of your order, please send me an email letting me know, and we can do one of two things: I'm happy to offer you a full refund (minus shipping costs), or if you'd like to try a different flavor, I'll send that out to you, free of charge, if you'd prefer. 

Just shoot me an email letting me know which option appeals to you, and I'll make it happen. 

Keep in mind that in order to keep my costs reasonable, I can only offer this resolution once a year per customer.
